Flat & True provides professional men's body grooming (clipper trim or wax) by a Texas-licensed barber and cosmetologist, by appointment only, for adults 18 and older. Prices on the site are estimates; the final price is agreed in person before any work starts. Grooming only — no sexual services of any kind. Full expectations and boundaries are on the What to Expect & Policies page, which is part of these terms.
Please cancel or move with at least 24 hours' notice, using the link in your confirmation or by texting (469) 277-0425. Running late shortens the appointment, not the price. Repeated no-shows may be declined future bookings.
We send appointment emails to the address you give us. Reply to any of them to reach us.
Tell us about cuts, rashes, infections, medications (for example Accutane or retinoids before waxing) or anything else relevant before your appointment. We may decline or stop a service for safety or hygiene reasons.
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
