When you send an appointment request we collect only what you type into the builder and form: the areas you selected and the finish, the on-page estimate, first name, email, phone, age range, your preferred day/time window, current hair length, whether this is your first professional body grooming appointment, your answer to the skin-safety question, how you found us, whether you're interested in maintenance, any notes you add, and your 18+ and consent confirmations. If you selected an intimate area we also collect your communication, repositioning and involuntary-response preferences and the intimate grooming consent confirmation. We also record the time the request was sent and the network address it came from, for abuse prevention only.
Requests are stored on our own server. They are not sent to a third-party booking platform, CRM or marketing service. The groomer receives a private notification so he can reply to you.
Your information is never sold, rented or shared with advertisers. It is used only to arrange and carry out your appointment.
Ask at any time and your request record will be deleted. Use the contact details you were given when we replied to your request.
The form has no photo upload and we do not accept photos by any other channel. Photos are not required. Do not send unsolicited nude images.
Services are for adults 18 years of age or older. Requests without the 18+ confirmation and the consent statement cannot be submitted.
