What to expect

Flat & True is a one-client-at-a-time private studio in Lewisville / Castle Hills — the exact location is sent after your appointment is confirmed. There is no lobby and no walk-in traffic.

The appointment, start to finish

  • Confirm the build. We go over the areas and finish you requested, look at the hair and skin, and agree the exact price and time before any clipper turns on.
  • Undress only for the booked areas. You stay draped everywhere else. A chest appointment does not involve your legs; a legs appointment does not involve anything above them.
  • Guards first. Work starts longer and comes down to the finish you chose, the same way a haircut does. You can stop at any length.
  • Blending and edges. Transitions between areas are blended so nothing ends in a hard line unless you asked for a defined one.
  • Cleanup and aftercare. Loose hair is removed, the skin is checked, and you get a straight answer on when to come back to keep the length.

First appointment

If you've never had body grooming done professionally, this is the normal version of it.

  • Please arrive freshly showered and in clean clothing.
  • Bring nothing special. Clippers, guards, drapes, gloves and towels are all provided.
  • Tell the truth about what you want. "Shorter but not bare" is a perfectly good instruction; the finishes on the main page give it a name.
  • Very dense or long growth is usually taken down in stages. A first heavy takedown can take longer than the estimate; you'll know before we start.
  • If you booked an intimate area, the three quick preferences on the request form (communication, repositioning, involuntary responses) are read before you arrive, so nothing needs to be discussed on the spot unless you want to.
  • Photos are not required. Do not send unsolicited nude images.

Intimate grooming FAQ

Below-the-belt grooming is one specialty on the menu, not the whole business — but it's the one with the most questions, so here are the straight answers. Front intimate area only; no buttock, perianal or internal services are offered.

Do I have to be completely naked?
No. You undress only as needed for the booked area and stay draped elsewhere. Privacy is maintained throughout the appointment.
Does the groomer have to touch my genitals?
Some limited repositioning may be necessary for safe access, but you can be asked to move or hold yourself whenever practical. Any necessary provider contact is explained first and is limited to what the grooming service requires.
What if I get an erection?
Involuntary physical responses can happen and are not treated as embarrassing. An erection is not required and does not need to be maintained. The appointment remains a professional grooming service; sexual behavior is not permitted.
Is this a sexual service?
No. This is body-hair grooming only. Sexual requests, intentional sexual touching, masturbation or other sexual activity end the appointment.
What equipment do you use?
Professional electric trimming and body-grooming equipment — clippers with guards and foil shavers. Any additional hair-removal method is added only after confirming licensing, training and insurance coverage.
Will I be asked to reposition myself?
You may be asked to reposition or hold yourself so loose skin can be kept taut safely. The provider will explain any necessary contact before it happens. You can stop the service at any time.

The consent statement on the request form

I understand that intimate grooming may require limited professional contact with or repositioning of genital anatomy for safe access and skin control. I understand that I may ask to pause or stop at any time. I understand this is a grooming service and does not include sexual services or sexual activity.

Safety + sanitation

"Hair is hair" is the commercial idea. It is not the safety standard. Licensing, insurance, sanitation, contraindications and technique limits decide what gets done on a given day — different skin and different areas carry different risks even when the service sounds the same.

  • No service over broken, irritated, infected or visibly unhealthy skin.
  • Fresh gloves for intimate work. Blades and guards are cleaned and disinfected between clients; drapes and towels are single-use or laundered.
  • Clipper and foil-shaver grooming only unless a method has been confirmed as licensed, trained and insured.
  • If the skin-safety question on the request form is answered "Yes — contact me before appointment", you'll be contacted before anything is scheduled.
  • Some areas may be declined or shortened on the day based on skin condition. That call is final and is made for your benefit.
  • Aftercare is simple: keep the area clean and dry for the rest of the day, skip heavy sweating or hot tubs for 24 hours, and expect mild redness on sensitive skin to settle within hours.

Policies

  • 18+ only. Services are for adults 18 years of age or older. Requests without the 18+ confirmation cannot be submitted.
  • Appointment only. Requests are confirmed by reply; nothing is charged online. Final price is agreed in person before work starts.
  • Hygiene. Please arrive freshly showered and in clean clothing. Appointments may be declined if this isn't met.
  • Boundaries. Sexual requests, intentional sexual touching, masturbation or other sexual activity end the appointment, with the full price due.
  • Late / no-show. Running late shortens the appointment, not the price. Cancel or move with at least 24 hours' notice; repeated no-shows are declined future bookings.
  • Photos. Photos are not required. Do not send unsolicited nude images. The request form has no photo upload and none are accepted by any other channel.
  • Your information. Stored on our own server, never sold, deleted on request. See the privacy policy.
